So Merz is putting a lot of strong EU vibes out there (coalition agreement, pro-EU team, EU comments at EPP, etc). But what will this mean tangibly? Big advance on European defense? Capital markets union? EU reform push? Or just good vibes? All eyes on next week and his trips to Paris/Warsaw
