    "text": "True, and LVT and eminent domain go hand-in-hand in a lot of ways.  Taxing land is a gentler stick than outright seizing it, though, so I'd argue in favor of doing that first (and letting market forces do their thing) and reserving eminent domain for the exceptional cases.",
