Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
A surprising (to me, anyway) number of energy/climate folks seem to believe that a) US oil and gas exports have essentially no impact on global emissions, or b) they do imact emissions but the US bears no responsibility. Could someone explain the underlying rationale to me like I'm five? #ELI5
