Bad fibro-fatigue day. I was meant to go to a script reading tonight. Instead I am on the couch with my hot flashes, and body pains, and throbbing ache at the base of my skull, and my skin hurts, and I can't even focus on my book or a TV show to try to relax and all I want to do is cry. 🧵/1
