100% agree. For the most part, we don’t need anything beyond informed consent HRT from GPs, just like cis people. But the damage the NGS has done with its propaganda + GP letters has poisoned the well with GPs. GPs are scared to prescribe, thinking it needs an endo to manage. That’s the real legacy.
