Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
Question for ppl who may know: I've always had low-ish resting BP (110-115/65-75). 2 years ago I started running regularly. Now I have high-ish resting BP (135-145/80-90). My running HR is higher than most (avg 175-180, zone 2 is 148-163). What gives?
