Marsha P. Johnson was a person, a full-fledged human being, and a heroine. She existed, persisted, and put her life on the line for LGBTQ rights. Nothing and no one will change that fact. I'm thankful Seattle has a lovely mural on the side of a wall in Capitol Hill. We could use more, everywhere...
