So, good news. Today, I had an MRA.The 3mm right ophthalmic aneurysm is still stable, no changes since 2021. The one on the left, which is smaller, isn't even a concern now, my neurosurgeon says. I stay on yearly imaging rechecks for now. *it's the little spot where the tip of the pen is.
