    "text": "On the Mac, all apps you can untick 'Automatically keep apps up to date' and it waits for you to actually click the update button. Except Teams. It's in the list but updates anyway, on its own, whenever it wants. Report it to MS they say \"Untick the keep apps up to date...\" It is. They don't use it.",
