Does everyone debugging remotely (e.g. on a cluster) just keep two terminal windows open, one local and one remote, and then git push on the local one, git pull on the remote one? Is there some clever way of doing this I'm overlooking? (I'm not going to write my code in vi *on* the cluster!)
