Don't get me started on the shunted-to-the-sub-basement management of The Muppets within Disney over the years. But there are no nostalgia glasses pre-Disney, either, as the Henson company also had difficulty finding a path for the characters post-Jim (& Jim struggled with it at the end of the 80s).
