    "text": "Here’s an example of what you can get paint stripped. My original 1910 door and mortise lock are coated in layers of thick lead paint. You can’t even see the Eastlake brass pattern! In my case I pried out the mortise, but I’m considering revealing the original (pretty battered) wood door as well.",
