I disagree. We’re all just trying to make the music we hear in our heads. The labels come later. All young bands need to capitalize on a scene to create a foothold. Leppard did with the NWOBHM label foisted by Alan Lewis. But the scene you’re stuck with at 18 isn’t what you’re recording at 25.
