On the "25% cut": 1. Cannot conveniently forget Ireland's national (non-ETS) EU goal, including agriculture & transport, is a 42% cut in CO2 by 2030, relative to 2005. 2. CCAC 2021 1.5C Paris Test required 25% cuts in agri CH4 *and* N2O by 2030. Teagasc suggest more N2O cut can substitute, it can't.
