    "bridgyOriginalText": "<p>I don't do much food posting any more, but this bowl of ramyun I just made solely as an excuse to try the slab of Juicy Marbles fake steak I got my hands on the other day is just so 😘👌 it was worth digging the lightbox out of storage. They got the texture, taste and appearance just spot on, the only thing that's not quite right about it is that the sear doesn't taste like seared steak, just burnt veg.
