          "alt": "The Allied Resistance Front (ARF) has a lot of gear and uniform pieces that are standard issue for its members, but they frequently go through different garments and stylings as tests of efficiency. Leana Tamethyes is a consultant on designing and approving some of these new articles of clothing and will often have other members test it out. For example Rexiah here is wearing a kind of halter crop-top with a strap around the midriff under the pectorals held by a latch. Notably however whilst most of the chest is covered there is a notable exception for the lower chest, particularly the nipples. Rex is obviously concerned saying, \"I'm... not 100% on this new piece for the \"standard issue\" line, Leana.\" Apparently Leana has other ideas as he happily replies. \"Too late! Already shipped a bunch.\" I suppose Leana having the authority of the Arbiters allows her to get away with some shenanigans.",
