Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
I disagree. I think the question is for the people who could max out their annual ISA (e.g. this includes people getting unexpected windfalls): do we want them to save in a stocks and shares ISA, spend, or invest in another tax sheltered asset class? My view is that the former is most desirable.
