Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
If Native Americans wanted to call themselves ethnically American, they'd have every right to do so. Otherwise, yes, one is culturally American. I'm not sure why that isn't enough of an identity for a lot of people, but people seem to think "ethnicity" is stronger.
