“raw milk” farms here in Colorado have a Grade A (fluid grade) dairy certification already, but they don’t “sell” milk, they sell “memberships” allowing for “sharing” of unpasteurized milk. (yes, a lot of scare quotes to get around the law) they could sell pasteurized milk with their existing certs
