You're correct💯. Lipton isn't just being pedantic, he's dead wrong. He mistakenly uses corruption as an exact synonym for bribery - they aren't the same. Here are Black's Law definitions for corruption and misconduct in office. No mention of quid pro quo. So much for "accuracy matters."
