Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
To be absolutely technical, it isn't part of the UK, but close (and I did live a few years in the UK). I can't remember where/when it was used, but definitely in person not just books/TV. Walking in crocodile is walking in pairs, one pair behind the other, sometimes with each pair holding hands.
