No, in this case we're launching cmd.exe, conhost.exe, pwsh.exe or wt.exe (well, in the case of Windows Terminal, we do have our own distribution, but that's an exception). The reports of it launching processes elevated without the UAC prompt look dubious to me, I can't explain why it should work
