The replacement of plastic with paper materials (in other contexts as well) is not as cut-and-dry as people make it. \nYes, using plastic keeps the fossil fuel industry alive. So does using a lot of (mostly fossil energy) to make more paper bags. Or straws, or cups, etc.",
