I couldn't do the sourdough thing during the pandemic because *I could not eat bread* without my body going into full meltdown! My MCAS was so out of control my entire body was basically just an inflammation meltdown reaction to *being alive* 24/7. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't always breathe.
