I gave a talk at the NIST Crypto Agility workshop last week, the slides are now online: csrc.nist.gov/Events/2025/... I wanted to get across that further (protocol) standardization still needs to happen in many places, and not reinventing the wheel will make agility easier and PQC migration faster.
