    "text": "had a melatonin and it worked i guess because i was out as soon as i put my head down...\n\nbut i woke up after 3 hours and,,,all my joints are itchy???? and i cannot scratch my joints??? aaaa this is the most awful feeling i will not be having melatonin again i think pls grant me asleep again soon 🙏",
