3/ I recently looked this up: The word "privacy" is nowhere in the Constitution or its amendments. 4A, which pertains to search & seizure, was interpreted in Carpenter v. US (2018) to mean law enforcement needs a warrant to access certain types of "sensitive" data. But I think the law is unclear.
