Yet another Waymo customer leaves something important (his wallet) in a robot, alerts Waymo customer service within minutes, but they can't return the robot to him or provide better than their default "up to 24 hr" turnaround. Waymo's side of the chat is so rote it coulda been done by an AI bot.
