    "text": "I'm ok with it cuz it means that if a unit has pests, they can deal with it before it becomes a problem for other units. Also they're legally required to check in unit smoke detectors twice/year and make sure the balcony railings aren't damaged. I just have sewing clutter everywhere rn.",
