It lacks critical components that THE RISE OF SKYWALKER had in spades: Blammo. Zap. Arg! Blast. ASHOKA, SKELETON CREW, THE BALLAD OF JAR JAR, and QUI GON MYSTERIES are all second screen viewing, like most Netflix originals. They ask nothing and give little.
