If you’re a fan of overnight oats you may also like chia seed pudding. In a jar, mix 2Tbsp chia seeds with 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1Tbsp of honey. Wait 2 minutes for it to settle, then with a spoon, mix again. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours (over night preferred), then devour.
