if this precedent isn't overruled by ministerial instruction and taken to a tribunal, then I'd imagine we're going to see something in the AI Act, whenever it drops, explicitly amending the FOIA to make clear this stuff isn't covered. it is a nail to any aspirations to use AI to aid governance.
