Exactly. Everyone agrees that Joe Biden was fit on January 20 2021, and needed to forgo reelection by June 27 2024. The Dems don't need to "confront a litmus test" litigating precisely WHICH moment between these two dates was the exact one on which he should have stepped back. No voter cares.
