Vet was a success and I really love our vet, too! We'll start with a round of antibiotics/keeping it bandaged and see if there's improvement, and if not, we agreed surgery and a biopsy would be best to rule out foreign object/cancer/etc. Oof!! But he was such a doll, everyone loved him!!
