Of course, the problem is that getting METIS to generate meshlets cleanly is really difficult, and required a _lot_ of trial and error. Specifically I had to set ufactor = 1, and undershoot target partition count. For meshlets with 128 triangles, use `partition_count = triangle_count.div_ceil(126)`.
