Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
In Mexico, it’s party elites that choose party leaders, not voter primaries. But anyway, I’m not suggesting that women can’t win national elections in the U.S. They can. But there is a headwind. People can debate how big that headwind is. Is it 0.1%?, 1%? 2%?, 5%? I’m not sure.
