And here's the widget in NodeCG named Interview Cams. As you can see from the screenshots, the selector on the left changes the scene and the number of buttons. Pressing one of those buttons sends a VDO Ninja Push URL to your clipboard and tells the relevant cam in the layout to watch the View URL.
