Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
AGPL + a second commercial license would be the way I would do this and it feels like it balances a lot of the various concerns. The major caveat in doing this is every dependency you use must be AGPL compatible but *not* copylefted, otherwise one or the other license will not be valid.
