Emphasis on slowly. I feel the club instilled this “at least you tried really hard!” standard for many years. To me, that’s soft and unacceptable and makes for shitty attitudes and players who crumble under pressure. I bring it back to my reading about Ange, his philosophy and identity as a manager.
