Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
Federal officers CAN be charged for violating state law, but they can remove the case to federal court if they have a "colorable federal defense." Under VA law, our local prosecutor would then pursue that same state charge in federal court (but the AG could probably get involved, too). 3/3
