I have a car design question. I have two right hand drive Volvos. The ‘96 850 has its filler cap on the right hand (drivers) side. The ‘98 940 has it on the left (passenger) side. What determines which side of the car the fuel filler is on? I know LHD is like 75% of the cars worldwide.
