This is exactly how New Yorkers acted with a big ass rat on the L train a decade ago. A homeless man left some carpet insulation on the seat when he got off. The rat went & rode on the insulation like a magic carpet for 5 stops before he switched seats. Nobody reacted & I was looking around like-
