    "text": "1. centred and raised my computer so it's at eye level. it used to be off to the left so my body was permanently twisted to see the screen, and it was too low, which caused neck pains. that pain/discomfort is gone now. you can use anything, im using a shoebox lmao (as of 2025 i have an actual stand)",
