Experimental browser for the Atmosphere

My computer+Cintiq setup is old as heck--over 10 years old at this point. I can't install updates anymore. But every other program still functions fine, and I don't relish the thought of replacing like 5k+ worth of equipment over one program. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
