    "text": "Sounds like you have good med coverage, but I'm going to suggest adding lysine. It's an animo acid, so you can't overdose or anything, and relatively cheap. It helps shut down the cellular reproduction of the virus. I take 12k mgs if I start to get a cold sore. That stops it in just a day or two.",
