On commercial porn platforms, Black performers are hyper-visible: tagged, categorized, and consumed, yet left unnamed. This absence is not accidental; it is infrastructural. Drawing on Saidiya Hartman’s fungibility, Christina Sharpe’s monstrous intimacies, Frank Wilderson’s accumulated presence, and Vincent Woodard’s erotic consumption, I argue that porn interfaces operate as digital plantations, where metadata functions as an ontological grammar. Naming does not confer subjecthood; it risks reinscribing Blackness as genre, function, and erotic infrastructure.\n\nRather than calling for equitable representation or metadata reform, this paper introduces the concept of ontological metadata and turns toward refusal, opacity, and erotic glitch as speculative tactics. These are not solutions, but interruptions. Through a synthesis of Black queer theory, Afropessimism, and platform analysis, I show how pornographic archives are not merely sites of fantasy but technologies of racial order. This is not a disavowal of pornography; it is a confrontation with the racial logics that make Blackness legible only as use.",
