Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
The entirety of cosmology, and in fact the gravity itself, works on the principle of only local measurements mattering. Yeah, we can stack up a continuum of imaginary rulers from here to a distant star, and get some sort of a proxy for when was "the same time", but that's entirely arbitrary.
