They’re doing parent teacher conferences from home right now because they’re a little sick — enough for it to be worth being remote and not infecting students & parents, but not so sick that it’s worth rescheduling everything. So I’m overhearing some of these conversations.<br><br>These chats are like 80% of the way to having the kids set their learning OKRs & KPIs, develop their own individual learning plans, review the grading rubrics, and write out a plan for each student to hit the highest attainable grade for the semester. Perf season comes earlier and earlier every year. </span>🥹</p>",
