Star Trek is about the 60s. As is Ursula Le Guin. And ghost stories aren’t about ghosts. Zombies aren’t the dead. And Churchill isn’t your magic War dad. People being tediously literal about useful conceptual allegories is such an insidious problem. We need to teach everyone to read.
