    "text": "Yeah, I get that. That said, I mentioned elsewhere in the thread that for this to be robust at all they'd have to expand funding more generally. Also recruiting high-profile people means expanding funding to handle their potential grad students etc so I don't think it's that zero-sum in the long run",
